Readings
How long does a reading take?
Your reading arrives by email within 48 hours of your order. You'll get a confirmation email straight away with a copy of your dream.
What do I need to send?
The dream itself, roughly when you had it, and how you felt when you woke up. The feeling matters as much as the story, so don't skip it.
Is Luna a real person?
Luna is an AI dream reader. Every reading is written about your dream specifically, for reflection and entertainment, and checked before it's sent.
Can I send a nightmare, or a dream about someone who died?
Yes, and those are read with extra care. Readings aren't therapy, though. If a dream is tied to something painful, you'll also get gentle pointers to real support.
Can you predict what will happen?
No. Readings use dream symbolism and astrology as a mirror for reflection. Nothing here can tell your future, and a reading should never replace a real decision or conversation.
Privacy
What happens to my dream after my reading?
It's stored securely and used only to write your reading. It's never sold or shared, and never posted anywhere without your permission.
Can I have my dream deleted?
Yes. Email [email protected] and your dream and reading will be deleted. See the privacy policy for how long anything is kept.
Will my dream appear in Luna's videos?
Not unless you say yes. If we'd love to feature your dream, we'll ask first, and it's always anonymous.
Payments and refunds
How do I pay?
At checkout, through our secure payment provider. Your card details never touch this site.
What if I'm not happy with my reading?
If your reading hasn't arrived, or something went wrong with your order, write to us.
Why do I have to be 18 or older?
Readings deal with personal and sometimes heavy subjects, so the service is for adults only.
The Dream Decoder
How do I get the workbook after I buy it?
You'll get a download link by email straight after checkout. It's a PDF you can read on any device or print at home.
Do I need to know astrology to use it?
Not at all. Step 3, the sky, is optional. The symbol and the feeling do most of the work on their own.
